About Hypno Energetics: The Journey

For three decades my working life ran through UC Berkeley, including twenty-two years as the campus Health & Safety Training Manager, responsible for keeping people whole as they did potentially hazardous work. 

I learned how bodies carry stress, how groups move through difficulty, how resistance keeps people stuck, and how the right words at the right moment can change what a person believes and acts upon.

Underneath that career, another was forming. I trained at the Academy of Intuition Medicine to see, sense, feel and know energy in motion in present time, then guide to clear and release what no longer serves. 

I trained again at the Jacquin Hypnosis Academy to speak to the deeper mind, where habits and patterns live. 

Hypno Energetics is their convergence. Experience lays the foundation. Energy work clears the room. Hypnosis furnishes it.

Years ago I went through a period that disrupted my life and family. That process reached everyone I loved, and I had to face that it was mine to answer for. I rebuilt from the ground up, and came through as someone entirely new, an artist and practitioner...

I offer this work to those going through every kind of passage: letting go of a stubborn habit, anxiety, depression, stress, a season of caregiving for a loved one, grief, the end of a career identity, and a crossroads with no clear name...
